Austin Michael Rollins, age 30, passed away on October 24th, 2025, in Boynton Beach, Florida. He was born on March 27th, 1995, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and grew up surrounded by a large, loving, blended family who adored him deeply. Austin had a way of lighting up a room with his easy, natural laugh, often slipping it in between sentences as if joy came to him without effort. He spoke with an open heart, moving seamlessly between playful energy and moments of quiet sensitivity. Friendly, genuine, and effortlessly approachable, he made people feel seen and understood just by being himself. His warmth ran deep; he was comforting when you needed it, always present, always caring. He loved to tease softly, break tension with humor, ask curious questions, and show his affection openly. Beneath everything he said, even in serious moments, was a softness and a sense of wonder that made his spirit unforgettable. At times, he felt larger than life, carrying a deep curiosity about his purpose and the world around him. Family Austin is survived by his mother, Heather Nimmer; his father, Michael Rollins Jr.; his stepfather, Bill Nimmer; and his stepmother, Tina Rollins. He is also survived by his siblings: Jordyn Nimmer and Julia Nimmer on his mother’s side, Ashley Poehls on his father’s side. Austin was blessed with many grandparents who were a constant source of love and support. Surviving grandparents on his mother’s side are Steven and Karen Johnson, Barbette and Joel Hoholik, and June Nimmer. Surviving grandparents on his father’s side are Michael Rollins Sr., Sharon Rollins, and Lupe Ramirez. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Karolyn Richards. Austin’s life was also shaped by a large extended family. He is survived by his aunts Rosemary Roberts, Jane Strouf, Missy Rollins, Jody Rollins, and Jessica Branstetter, and his uncles Kenneth Witt, Shannon Rollins, Joshua Hoholik, Walden Valentine and Thomas De Leon He is preceded in death by his aunts Shandra Smith and Cathy De Leon, and his uncle Joe Ramirez Jr. Life & Education Austin grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he attended Kenosha Montessori School, Lance Junior High, and Tremper High School. In adulthood, he moved to Delray Beach, Florida, where he built friendships, community, and a fulfilling life surrounded by people who truly cared about him. Austin made an impact on people simply by being himself. He was a cheerleader for others—even on the days he struggled. His family and friends meant everything to him, and he would have done anything for the people he loved. He carried a gift for making others smile, offering warmth, humor, or simply his presence so no one ever felt alone. He will forever be remembered for his bright laugh, his tender heart, and his unwavering ability to love deeply. Austin’s light remains in every life he touched.
