She was born in Wilmington, NC, August 26, 1953, to the late Robert Joseph Lehrschall and Evelyn Smith Lehrschall.
 
Barbara was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. She loved to serve others and was a very active member of her church. She loved spending her time with her family and friends and truly cherished it.
