Cheyenne Roach 2001 – 2024 Ridgeland, South Carolina It is with deep sorrow that we announce Cheyenne Grace Roach, 22, of Early Branch, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. A Lowcountry native, Cheyenne was born July 6, 2001 in Beaufort, South Carolina to parents Aaron and Elizabeth Roach. At the age of 2 she moved to Baltimore, MD. In her years there, she made many lifelong friends - all who crossed Cheyenne’s path loved her dearly. After her mother passed, she returned to Ridgeland, SC with her father and siblings, living with grandmother “Bootsie” and husband Al following the loss of her father thereafter. She attended Legacy Christian Academy playing various sports and graduating Valedictorian receiving many scholarships for her college education. Cheyenne began her college career at Clemson University, transferring and graduating at University of South Carolina Beaufort. Cheyenne achieved the Dean’s List consistently at both universities before obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, graduating Cum Laude. With a love of dogs and a strong work ethic beginning at just 15 years old, she chose to work as a Supervisor at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Bluffton, SC alongside many cherished friends and those she considered family. Her love for dogs showed greatly in adopting her dog, Stewie who adored Cheyenne. Cheyenne will always be remembered for her beautiful smile along with her ability to make those around her feel love and comfort. She always went out of her way to take care of those she loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. Preceding Cheyenne in death are Parents, Aaron & Elizabeth Roach; Brother, Blake Roach; Grandfather, Ted Roach; and Grandparents, Barry Ripple, Margaret and Calvin Jones.
