Joseph Flintoff
1964 – 2026

Joseph Dale Flintoff, born to Joseph L and Nancy F (Hanes) Flintoff on December 10, 1964, lost his his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully on August 26, 2026 at the age of 61. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence left a lasting mark on those who were fortunate enough to call him family or friend.

Joseph was a hard worker, he began working at a local restaurant busing tables at 16, worked in the construction industry for many years, and ending his working years in the sawmill industry. He lived by his own rules, he was not only known as family but as a companion through the many seasons of life, the kind of person who showed up when it mattered and whose absence is felt deeply in the everyday moments that used to belong to him.

Those who loved Joseph carry forward not just their grief but their gratitude, grateful for the years they had with him, for the laughter shared, the memories made, and the bond that no passage of time can undo. He was, at his core, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend in the fullest sense of the word.

Joseph Dale Flintoff was proceeded in dealth by his father Joseph L Flintoff, his grandparents Donald and Lois Flintoff, Bud and Ila Hanes, his nephew William Flintoff Jr. 
He is survived by his mother Nancy Flintoff, brothers Charles Flintoff, William (Linda) Flintoff, Alex (Marciea) Flintoff, sister Ginger (Rocky) Holbrook, several nieces and nephews. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him in return.
