Kevin J. Pedersen was born on the south side of Chicago on September 22, 1966 to Kenneth Sr. and Rosemary Pedersen. He was brother to Kenny, Charise, Beth Ann, Keith and Kristen. He met his wife, Diana, on a random night in high school when Kevin was attending a party next door to Diana’s house. After what is presumed to be many miller lights, he was dared to go skinny dipping in Diana’s pool. He refused to get out of the pool until Diana decided to go on a date with him and the rest is history. They went on to have four kids together. Jordan is his oldest daughter. Taylor and Alyssa came next. And finally Little Kev was born and completed the family. He loved his family more than anything in the world.

You could often find Kevin hanging out with his best friend Chuck in the garage working on their Camaro. He loved to take the car racing, hanging with his friends at the track, golfing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams (go go White Sox, Blackhawks, & Da Bears).

Kevin was a people person. He loved to have fun and you could always count on him for a good time no matter what was going on. Whether it be having Coronas in the backyard, sneaking into VIP at Sox games, or just making his world renowned chili for everyone he was always having a good time despite the hardships he was dealt in life.
