2020 – 2025

The links were scattered across the way...an email about a well-written report, a thank you note from your father for a community K9 demo, Morgen running the same half marathon as me, cameras that I wanted access to and finally, the fateful car crash and a forwarded email from PF Chang's about 25 cent lettuce wraps for their 25th birthday.  Small contacts here and there until we started to get to know one another years later.  Music listening couch sessions, back rubs, meals, and finally, 2019, a new year and two people choosing to date one another.  A promotion celebration dinner and a mini golf game that didn't end like you probably expected (cause I always win but what better way to get a wife than to win her in earnest competition?).  The Deathly Hallows as our commitment to intertwine our lives, placed on my ring finger in your favorite place (OBX).  A decision to just elope with less than a month's notice, making us a Covid couple.  A beautiful ceremony at Turtle Cove in Clarksville that was perfect in every way.    The joy, messiness, frustrations, and laughter of joining two lives together and becoming a family.  Five years of marriage that have flown by...the adventure continues!
