Naomi Horn
1950 – 2013

Naomi Horn, aka Nana, was brought home to Heaven on June 8, 2013 after suffering from Alzheimer’s for many years. As you stand here at her grave and go through these pictures, she lived a good life. She was always surrounded by family and was loved beyond her years. She may be in Heaven, but we know she is always watching down on us from above.
