Walter Neil Harper passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 72. Many friends simply called him “Neil”, his sister and nieces referred to him as “Bubba” or “Uncle Bubba”, and his three grandchildren lovingly knew him best as “Doozy” (inspired by the Dusenbury family name).
