William Boynton
1958 – 2024

Born Dec. 24, 1058 as the son of William A. Boynton and Margie Boynton. After beginning his career in the U.S. Army, William Fredrick married Heike Ruf, from Bad Nauheim Germany and became father to Stefanie Kattler. Heike and William later had two additional children, William S. Boynton and Martina Boynton.
He was married to Heike for over 39 years and was an amazing father to his children and Opa to his grandchildren. He was a father figure to and helped raise his grandson, Sawyer. He loved UGA football, Milo’s Sweet Tea, Hot Rod Cars,  Mopar, gardening, Hershey's chocolate, Waffle House, southern rock and country, and his family.
He taught us all so many valuable things and was always there for us no matter what. He taught us all hard work, dedication, perseverance, importance of family, and most importantly, he taught us unconditional love.
There is not a day that goes by that we don’t think of you. You are our “man of steel” and our hero. We love and miss you so much. You are in our hearts and lives forever.
