Obituary
Norbert Alvin Tobias, Jr. - AKA Bugg, as we all knew and called him. He has 3 children - Jarrod Lamar Tobias (2007) with Christi Perry, Kinslee Marie Tobias (2012) with Kristin Parrish and Natalie Rose Tobias (2014) with Christina James.
He was born in Augusta and was a lifelong resident of Burke County. He attended Burke County High School and was a member of Sardis Baptist Church. Bugg worked as a carpenter and mechanic. He owned and operated Hwy 24 Auto Repair. Many would say Bugg was a jack of all trades. He was always helping anyone who needed him and, more often than not, he did it for free.
