Eliana Di Blasi

1976 – 2024

Let the memory of Eliana be with us forever.

Eliana "YaYa" Di Blasi was born on September 19, 1976 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Her life was a vivid tapestry of devotion to family, love, and joy which she shared generously with all who had the pleasure of her company.

Eliana leaves behind a loving family, children Camila Rodriguez (and her husband Kenneth) Noelia Hernandez (and her husband Lucas), and her son Lucas Di Blasi. Grandchildren Juliette Reign, Olivia Quinn, Zara Eliana and Lucas Lee. Eliana also loved her fur-grand babies Wesley, Joey, Zoey & Normi.

Each of them stand testament to her passion for life and her steadfast courage. She joins her beloved grandmother, Alborada Barcelo, who preceded her in death. Eliana's love for her grandmother was a part of who she was and couldn't wait for the day to be with her again. Eliana was a nanny for over ten years and loved every minute of it. She took care and helped raise four young children, who quickly became family to her.

The world for Eliana was a canvas of colors with rose gold being her utmost favorite with a sprinkle of glitter. A woman of simple tastes, she relished a cold cut sandwich accompanied by a Diet Coke. She had an eclectic palate for drinks which ranged from San Pellegrino Aranciata, Diet Coke to Coffee (with 2 Splendas of course) You would know if Eliana was near if you could hear music though the thickest windows coming from her car.

Eliana was electric, funny, positive, kind, and generous, a combination that permeated every sphere of her life. Her greatest teachings included to be kind and forgiving, to love oneself, and to always remain positive. Among her many achievements, raising three children on her own and watching them grow into the best versions of themselves was her proudest.

Her legacy is one of kindness and love. It will live on through her grandchildren and through the continuation of her beloved traditions, including maintaining her cherished garden. Eliana's life, though far too short, was a testament to the power of love, the strength of spirit, and the importance of family. She is sorely missed.
