Let the memory of Bobby be with us forever.

Bobby Dexter Snow of Shell Knob, Mo. was born June 22, 1954, in Berryville, Arkansas, the son of Deck and Vennie Alderson Snow. He passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the age of 69. Bobby is survived by his four children; daughter, Misti McGowan (John) of Fayetteville, AR; sons, Timothy (Angela) of McKinney, TX; Dustin (Jana) of Rogers, AR; Cody (Kaila) of Jay, OK; grandchildren, Kerby Sue, Riley Renee', and Clara Grace McGowan, Autumn Mae and Ronnie Boone Snow, Satara Mae and Kenna Kayte Smith. Sisters; Cookie Graham of Forum, AR; Peggy Moon of Shell Knob, MO; and Judy Evans (Ron) of Berryville, many nieces and nephews, and Dog, Dixie. Bobby was preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers Don and Elbert Snow; sisters, Dixie Beal and Betty Etchison, and Dog, Likker. Bobby was a machinist and retired from Delta Systems and Automation Co. in Lowell, although he continued to work part time. Bobby loved spending time with his friends and family, mushroom hunting, brewing moonshine, boat rides on Table Rock Lake, the Razorbacks, Dodgers and Raiders, fishing, listening to music and sitting around the fire with his family and friends. He lived in one life more than most live in five lives. He worked hard and played harder. He was with many women but only loved a few. He drank enough Busch in his life to float a battleship. He smoked more cigarettes than the Marlboro man. He had a quiet, deep intelligence and insight into many things. He was a modern-day medicine man. In his final years he retired to Table Rock Lake where he fished, brewed moonshine, did some semi legal gardening, and spent time with friends and family. He was the best friend a son could have. He was loved by all and will be missed every day.

Tributes

A friend· June 23, 2025

When my Dad arrives, at the Pearly Gates, I can understand, if you make him wait. Just a short time, for his worldly sins, But before long, please let him in. His family awaits on the streets of gold. Smiles and stories of his life to be told. He'll have no more pains, and no more aches. And he won't want a mansion, just a house by the lake. Enjoy yourself Dad, I'll be there someday. But I have to take care of some things on the way. While you were here, I did my best, to take care of you always, but now you must rest. And when it's my turn, and I wait outside, just use that smile to get me inside.
