Brittany Michele Hicks, age 32, passed away on February 2026, in Kansas City

She will be remembered as a loving sister, daughter, and mother, and as someone who cared deeply for the people she loved. Though life was not always easy for her, she continued to reach out to those she cared about and made sure they knew they were loved.

She was a sister who always checked in, always reminded her younger sister how much she loved her, and remained a part of her life despite the years and circumstances that kept them apart.

Her life was not without hardship, but she was more than the difficult moments she experienced. She was a person with her own hopes, struggles, memories, and love to give. She deserves to be remembered for the moments she shared with the people who loved her and for the place she holds in their lives.

She is survived by her children, her younger siblings, and other family and loved ones.
