Christopher Nesselrodte

1991 – 2025
Lived in Shepherdstown, West Virginia

Let the memory of Christopher be with us forever.

Chris was a devoted and loving husband to wife Katelyn, and an amazing loving father of two daughters Payson (6), and Emmerie (1). Chris had such a positive impact on everyone he met. He filled a room with light and laughter. He had new jokes everyday and would have every single person laughing with him. Chris shared a love for music, from listening to songs and feeling the energy of the lyrics, to singing and songwriting himself carrying the most beautiful tones. Chris loved all things fishing (especially shore fishing), Washington Capitals Hockey team, Baltimore Orioles baseball team, West Virginia Mountaineers college football team, his job at CSX Transportation, hunting, U.S. Army, Cooper Webb from the Motocross races, and going to the gym. Chris also really enjoyed going snowboarding (especially in crazy costumes), traveling to Mexico, Florida, Tennessee, amongst many other places with wishes to see all 50 states and multiple countries, and spening time with his friends and family. He was always willing to help out someone in need and carried a legacy due to his love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He had such great strength and positivity that was truly inspiring to all who met him and knew him. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He cherished every moment with his little girls, wife, family, friends, and dogs Boomer and Jay (Jasper). Chris had a need for speed and goals to one day own an Audi R8 or a Nissan GTR but settled until then with his Audi S4 which was his pride and joy project car that he raced down the Mason Dixon Dragway in Hagerstown Maryland. Chris held many titles in his life. He was an amazing loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His legacy will live on through all of us that loved him. Rest In Peace with the Lord Chris, we all love you very much. This isn't goodbye, but see you later. ❤️
