Growing up Catholic!
When we were growing up Connie and I went to St. Cecilia school in Oakley, where we lived. To get baptized we had to take classes after school, no big deal. However, after classes we would go to the "Hollow" as it was called and play making us get home from school even later. Mom threw a fit on us one day for being so late, so going to the "Hollow" to play on the rope swing, throw rocks and all the other things kids do had to stop. Well Connie didn't stop, she kept going to the Hollow and I went to classes. She told the priest she had finished classes and he went ahead and baptized her without checking. When the mistake was discovered I got kicked out of classes and never did get baptized at St. Cecilia.
