Hannah Jones

Hannah Dianne Jones, 17, of Jacksonville, passed away unexpectedly on February 4, 2019. She was born in Jacksonville on July 20, 2001. Hannah attended Fletcher High School in Jacksonville Beach. She had a passion for the beach, skateboarding and spending time with friends and family. She was enthusiastic about joining the military and loved Georgia Bulldog football. Hannah is survived by her mother, Lea Ann Jones (Jeremy Strand); father, Jayme Jones (Chantal); maternal grandparents, Jacob Wiessing, Jr. (Martina); paternal grandparents, Scooter Jones (Ginger); aunts, Sherry Darsey (Jeff), Shannon Niemiec (Adam); uncle, Kurt Bond (Annette Medina); Godmother, Wendy Mercer (Kevin); loving family friend, Ellen Earle (Jerry); and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda Dianne Ryan; great-grandparents, Jacob Wiessing (Beulah) and Oliver Adkins (Gwendolyn).
