Joseph Schnelldorfer

Joseph Alan Schnelldorfer was born in Torrance, California on April 30, 1944, the only child of Joseph and Loretta Schnelldorfer.

Joe met JoAnn DiPrima through mutual friends and they began dating. During their courtship, Joe was drafted into the Army and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. They continued dating through letters and eventually became engaged. They were married on October 11, 1969, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in North Hills, California. Within days of getting married, they relocated to Okinawa where they would spend their first year of marriage while Joe finished his tour.

When they returned stateside, Joe finished his education, earning an MBA in Business and Finance. He worked in the banking industry for almost 50 years, finally retiring in 2017.

Joe is survived by his wife JoAnn, his two children, Kimberly (and Douglas), Joseph (and Stacey), and his four grandchildren, Cameron, Madison, Jacob, and Aiden.
