Karen S. Byerly McDaniels Birth: 15 Sep 1958 Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, USA Death: 3 Apr 2018 (aged 59) Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, USA Burial: Columbia Church Cemetery, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, USA Karen S. Mc Daniels, 59, of Mt. Carmel/ Princeton area, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital located in Newburgh, IN. Karen was born on Monday, September 15, 1958, in Princeton, IN to Lenza and Clarabelle Wright Byerly, both of whom have preceded. Karen was a life long area resident and is a 1977 graduate of Mount Carmel High School and went on to attend Wabash Valley College. She also attended the Mt. Carmel Church of Christ and was a member of the Gibson County Conservation Club. On December 2, 1978, in Princeton, IN, she married Joe McDaniels, who survives. Karen worked in the payroll department at Snap On Tools and then became an account representative for State Farm Insurance Company. She is survived by husband, Joe of Mount Carmel, IL and son, Matt (Jenny) McDaniels of Slinger, WI. Other survivors include daughter Jennifer (Ernest) Robinson of Warsaw, KY and brother, Mike (Nichole)Byerly of Princeton, IN as well as 10 grandchildren and her canine companion, “Jinx”. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Richard Byerly and sisters, Vicki McIntire and Cheryl Clark. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St. Princeton, IN 47670 with Pastor Tom McDaniels officiating. Internment will take place in Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.
