Let the memory of Patricia be with us forever.
Dear Mom, Everything beautiful I remember from my childhood at home and our many, many times together throughout my life comes from you, Mom. You rubbed my ear til I fell asleep, you sang songs to me, you let me lay against your chest when I was sad. I can still remember the feeling of your heartbeat. You took me on adventures, cross-country trips, camping trips, trips to mountain tops. You sewed gorgeous dresses for me, you were there for every single event. Listening to the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Burton Cummings all before school, singing Donna Summer’s On the Radio at the top of our lungs in the car. Your sense of humor and the jokes we shared - no one could make us laugh the way we made each other laugh. Your chocolate chip cookies, your chicken Parmesan that you made me for every single birthday, your mashed potatoes, all of our wonderful holidays and get-togethers that you made so special. The way you loved my girls and the advice and care you gave to me as a new parent, a teen parent, an adult parent. Thanks for answering the phone every time I called. So many wonderful memories Mom. I remember them all and I will never forget.
You were one of the very the best parts of my life and I will always remember you that way.
I send you my love. I wish you peace. You are always a part of me and I am always a part of you. I love you Mom. Forever.
