Simmie Kelly Sr.

Simmie Blewitt Kelly Sr. was born on January 10, 1954 to Owen 'Ed' Edward Kelly and Joyce Christine Lewis Kelly. Simme was the fourth and youngest child. Simmie's siblings are: Owen Eugene Kelly, February 4, 1949; Gloria 'Sis' Christine Kelly McAdory, March 31, 1950; Bruce Edward Kelly, August 13, 1951. Simmie attended school in Citronelle, AL and was apart of the graduating class of 1972.

Simmie married Linda Dianne Harvill on March 10, 1974. Together, they have two children: Simmie 'Boo' Blewitt Kelly II and Blinda Dianne Kelly Selmon.

If you had the honor to spend any time with Simmie, you would know that most of all he was a man of God and loved his family. He and his wife, Linda loved to travel and spend time with their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Simmie loved to aggravate but deep down his family knew that he was saying 'I love you' with these tactics. His 'happy place' was on his tractor or lawn mower, piddling in the yard. He was a hard worker and great provider. Also, he loved a good nap in his recliner.
