Lived in Hattiesburg, MS

Let the memory of Thomas be with us forever.

Andrew Bedwell, born June 21st, 2003, passed away June 6th, 2025 at the age of 21. Andrew is remembered as a soul defined by kindness, quiet strength, and an unwavering love for the people in his life. To know Andrew was to experience patience, generosity, and a steady presence that made others feel seen and valued. He carried himself with humility, never seeking attention, yet leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Family was at the center of Andrew’s world. He was deeply loved by his mother, Steffany Bedwell and father, Matthew Bedwell. Andrew was a caring brother to Alex Bedwell, Anderson Bedwell, and Alli Bedwell. He welcomed his sister-in-law, Madison Bedwell, as family with open arms. One of the greatest honors to his legacy lives on through his niece, Mary Thomas Bedwell, who proudly carries his name—a lasting reminder of the love he gave and the impact he made.

Andrew’s love extended beyond family to Mia Lee, who held a special place in his heart. Their connection was one of warmth, understanding, and genuine affection, reflecting the compassion Andrew showed in all areas of his life.

Andrew’s dedication and discipline were evident early on. During his years at Oak Grove Middle and High School, he was a proud member of the school band, where he learned teamwork, commitment, and the value of contributing to something greater than himself. He carried those lessons with him as he continued his education at Pearl River Community College, earning a certificate in welding—a skill that reflected both his work ethic and his hands-on nature.

Andrew went on to work as a welder at Ingalls Shipyard, where he took pride in his craft. He understood the importance of hard work and responsibility, contributing quietly but meaningfully to something that would stand the test of time. His work mirrored who he was: strong and dependable.

Above all, Andrew Bedwell will be remembered for his kindness—to friends, to family, and to strangers alike. His life, though not measured in years alone, was rich in love, purpose, and integrity. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, in the name carried forward by his niece, and in the countless lives touched by his gentle spirit.

Andrew’s story is one of love, dedication, and quiet goodness—a life that mattered deeply and will never be forgotten.
