Let the memory of Timothy be with us forever.
Mr. Timothy Everett Brewer, a cherished resident of Taylorsville, KY, passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on August 17, 1962, in Louisville, KY, he was the beloved son of the late Herman Russell and Martha Minyard Brewer (Ireland). Timothy honorably served his country as a U.S. Army Veteran for 21 years. He was dedicated to his community, having served as a former Spencer County Magistrate for the Waterford District and as the founder of the Spencer County 4-H Shooting Sports program. His passion for community improvement was evident through his tireless efforts to bring lights to Ray Jewell Park. A fierce advocate for children and families, he was actively involved in local baseball, softball, and bowling leagues. Timothy was a proud member of the Taylorsville Moose Lodge #2127 and held the esteemed title of Kentucky Colonel. However, his greatest joy came from being called "Papaw" by his five beloved grandchildren: Mallorie, Adaline, Henry, Emma, and Georgia. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rachel Noe Brewer; his daughter Brandy Brewer; his son Sean (Tamara) Brewer; two brothers, Herman Russell (Rose) Brewer Jr. and Rodney Brewer; one half-sister, Tonya (Mike) Byrns; and one half-brother, John Ireland. He is preceded in death by his step-father, John Ireland. Timothy's legacy of love, service, and dedication to family and community will forever be remembered.
