Obituary
Todd was born in Auburn, Nebraska and graduated from Auburn High School before attending UNC and graduating from UNC-Pembroke. He served in the Air Force National Guard and met his wife, Ingrid on deployment in Panama. Todd worked as Director of IT for the State of NC for 28 years. Todd was a loving husband, father, son and friend to everyone who knew him. He was the center of life in every room he was in and loved by everyone who was lucky enough to know him. Todd loved to travel, hopping around the globe with Ingrid and his family.
