William "Bill" Kincaid William Kincaid was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Thomas E. and Letha (Wright) Kincaid. He was the youngest of eight children: Edna, Edith, Shirley, Mike (surviving), Patsy, Corkey, Jimmy, and Bill. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Janice Kincaid. His legacy continues through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren: William John Jr. Diane Roling Grandchildren: Tavis, Nathan, and Tanner Virtue.
