Obituary
Joanne Kinningham, née Wright, died of serious illness in Searcy, AR August 15, 2026 at the age of 83.
She was born July 17, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Wilbur H. and Rebecca Wright of Corinth, MS.
She was reared in Chicago, IL, and attended Harding college as a freshman and sophomore in Searcy, AR. She met and married her husband and spent many years living in many different locations.
Her favorite interests were music- related, such as playing trumpet, piano, and singing in college chorus. She was gifted in creative pursuits and organizational skills, and she applied those to many projects to a high personal standard.
She had lifetime health issues. She resided for the past 40 years in and near her college alma mater town of Searcy, where she succumbed to serious illness in her final days and is survived by her two daughters.
