Joe Fino

Joe H. Fino was born in September of 1944, in Cameron, Texas, to Anselmo and Trinidad Fino. For 81 beautiful years, Joe filled the lives around him with faith, music, and the kind of love that stays with you forever.

If you knew Joe, you knew his love for the Lord. His faith wasn't something he kept to himself—it poured out of him in the way he talked to you, encouraged you, and showed up for people. He lived what he believed, every single day.

In December of 1972, Joe married Sylvia Juarez, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They spent 52 amazing years together, building a life filled with love, laughter, and faith. Anyone who saw them together knew what real love looked like. In 1986, they welcomed their son Joey, and their family was complete.

Music wasn't just something Joe did—it was who he was. He loved singing and playing guitar, and you could always count on him to fill a room with beautiful melodies that brought everyone together. Whether it was at home or at church, Joe, Sylvia, and Joey loved making music together, praising the Lord with every note.

But ask anyone what mattered most to Joe, and they'd tell you about his role as "Papo." His granddaughters, Auria and Addison, were everything to him. Being their Papo was what he treasured most in this world.
