Let the memory of Lori be with us forever.
Born in Port Huron MI, Lori grew up in Algonac MI until moving to her family home in Marine City MI in her 20s. Lori had 3 children (Torie, Raymond IV, and Kitana). Lori prided herself most in being a loving mother to her children, grandchildren and anyone who needed her. She was the type of person to help someone else even if it was an inconvenience to her. She was a very hard worker. Lori ran a daycare out of her home during the day, all while working nights at Sunrise gas station in Marine City until she found her calling of being a in home caretaker which she did until she passed. Lori had a strong faith in God and was an active member at the Blue Water Church of the Nazarene in Marine City MI. Lori had a few of her hobbies that she enjoyed, going up north, shopping and a major love for music. There wasn’t a part of music Lori didn’t like whether it was singing loud in her car or dancing and having a good time at any event. Music was a big part of Lori’s life.
Over time as Lori grew older she had ailments that she fought hard against. Lori had a positive attitude about any health issue that was thrown her way. She stayed true to her hard working ways through all of them because in her laughing words “bills don’t pay themselves”. Unfortunately Lori grew ill and was admitted to the hospital December 24th of 2022 and passed away December 26th with her family by her side.
