Let the memory of Madison be with us forever.

Madison Elizabeth Bragg April 7, 2003-October 30, 2024

Our beautiful angel, Madison, was called to be with her Lord and Savior in October 2024. Although it was far too soon, her determination, kindness, and passion for learning continue to inspire us. We have created The Madison Bragg Memorial Scholarship Foundation, and she would be so proud to know that we are helping high school seniors achieve their dreams of attending college and/or a trade school after high school.

Madison's work ethic was truly remarkable. Madison began working at Pharmacy Plus and the local florist Every Bloomin' Thing while in high school. She never backed down from a challenge and learned how to sew and make gun belts and worked for Kat-Luca Gun Belts. She also was a Sitter for her precious Slick. She would come back as often as she could to care for him on weekends or during the summer. After earning her place at Texas A&M, she secured multiple scholarships through her perseverance.

While carrying a full course load, she worked tirelessly balancing her office position while working for Texas AcM's Division of Research and also at an on-campus restaurant. Throughout her work experience, Madison formed many lasting friendships. Madison quickly gained those friendships while working at Razzoo's Cajun Cafe. While working at Sodalis Assisted Living in College Station, Madison had a deep compassion for the senior aged individuals, especially those battling Alzheimer's. She cared for residents with patience, kindness, and genuine love, forming meaningful connections with those she served.

Madison graduated early from Texas A&M in May of 2024, and continued her education at UT-Tyler's nursing school, all while working for Freestone Medical Center in Fairfield, and as a waitress at Chuy's in Tyler to support herself. Madison also tutored many students throughout high school until the summer before her passing.

Madison never gave up, and we know how challenging it can be for students striving to further their education. Which is why we (as her family) want to help as many seniors in high school as possible through this scholarship opportunity. Our family is deeply grateful for the ourpouring of love, support, and prayers from our community, the surrounding communities, friends, family, and loved ones.
