Marilyn Brandon

Originally, I copied and pasted the obituary but that doesn't fully tell you who she was. She was something different for everyone but for everyone, she was strong, consistent, and always present. She put her family above everything else.

For Charlie (her husband), she was the definition of love as pure as it comes. He would tease her and drive her nuts which she knew he was doing and she still put up with him because she thought the world of him. They went on many adventures together, most of these adventures either involved a casino or racetrack but they lived the life.

For her daughter, she was more than just her mother but rather a best friend. The person who raised her and showed her unconditional love and how to live life and do so successfully.

For her grandchildren, she was like their second mom - their bonus caretaker. Even in adulthood, her granddaughter (Tiffany) would still call her regularly to get advice from her whether it be about life in general or exactly how long she needed to boil the eggs for them to be hard.

To her other friends and family, she was always there for them. From family events, graduations, birthdays, weddings, or maybe a friend or family member needed help getting to a doctor's appointment or keeping up the house while they were down or sick.
