Where will the tree be planted?
The current planting selection supports the Bore reforestation project in Kenya. Your Memorygram certificate identifies the project and species, and we submit planting orders in a consolidated weekly batch.
How is the planting fulfilled?
Memorygram collects paid dedications throughout the week and submits them to our planting partners together in a weekly fulfillment batch.
Will the family know I planted it?
Yes. As soon as payment is confirmed, your name and optional message appear as a tree dedication on Martin’s memorial.
When will I receive the certificate?
Usually within minutes after payment. You can also download it immediately from the confirmation page. If we fail to deliver it within 24 hours, contact us for a full refund.
Can I change my memorial message?
Yes. Your certificate email contains a private edit link for correcting or updating the message.
