Marvin Woelfel

2037 – 2024
Lived in Chilton, Wisconsin

Let the memory of Marvin be with us forever.

Obituary

Marvin was the self-proclaimed mayor of Quinney and didn’t miss a Sturgeon Spearing Season for 77 years until the heat of this past winter kept everyone off the lake. He was the east shore handy man, helping friends and neighbors up and down the lake fix piers and docks, or plowing snow in the winter. Marv was also very proud of his 44 years of service at Chilton Metal products. As an experienced millwright, he went back to Fox Valley Tech and received his Maintenance Millwright Journeyman degree. He was the world’s best worst joke teller - laughing so hard he could never finish the jokes he started. He was always building or engineering something, except on Thursday nights when he went to watch the Chilton City Band performances. Saturday mornings were for the Jerry Schneider radio program and Sunday mornings were for church at Good Shepherd.
