Let the memory of Michele be with us forever.
Luna was quirky and unique. She was also your average normal teenager, just trying to do well and make a good life for herself. After facing some challenges with school for some years, She returned as a junior at Southeast Valley High School, and she found her niche in the DECA program and robotics, especially. She was so excited to go on trips through DECA, and robotics combined her creativity and love of science.
Luna's heart beat for many things: She loved her loyal dog Walter, her mischievous cat Yoshi, her best friend Kadin, and her family. She loved anime, online gaming sessions and talking with friends, and anything good-smelling. Perfumes, cologne, candles, bodywash, everything. She also really loved meteorology, and it reflected her curiosity about the world.
One of Luna's favorite places to be was at the park, where she'd swing on "her" swing for hours, listening to her playlists, finding solace and peace. This was her own personal therapy – a time for her to breathe, reflect, and just be okay. She had some mental struggles she dealt with throughout her life and this was her best way to cope with it.
She always tried to accept her individuality, and embrace her unique traits and reject societal norms (even telling dentists to leave her teeth alone, she loved them just the way they were!).
