Paul had a fondness for puzzles, bingo, and spending time on his tablet. He loved animals and had a way of finding contentment in everyday moments. Those who knew him would say he enjoyed life to the best of his abilities, and there was something genuinely admirable about that.
He is survived by his sister Maryann Bell, his brother-in-law William Bell, his nephew William Bell Jr., his niece Trisha A. Flesh, his sister-in-law Vanasa Flesh, and his lifelong buddy John Frampton. The bond Paul kept with John over the years speaks to the kind of loyal and steady presence he was to the people in his life.
