Dad and Mum made sure my brothers and I had a wonderful life growing up. In 1982 we left the security of our small coastal town, Avoca Beach and we travelled around Australia. Dad and Mum would drive into a new town and find whatever work that was going. They would work for long enough just to see and explore the area, get some money and then move onto the next town. We did alot of 4wding, caravanning and camping. Dad and Mum always made sure we never needed anything. In our travels we went 4wding in a convoy to Cape York which is the very tip of Queensland. The end of our travels finished in Darwin. We lived there for many years before returning to the Central Coast. This is just a small snippet of our life together. We loved the life we experienced growing up and couldn't thank Dad and Mum enough having the courage to give our family a better life. Rest in Peace Father. See you down the track 👣.
