Let the memory of Rebecca be with us forever.

Becky was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who selflessly placed others before herself on so many occasions. Her passion in life above everything was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, bowling, and studying genealogy in her free time.

Becky leaves behind many loving family members including her father William David Cook Sr., husband of 45 years David Earl Howell, children David Earl Howell Jr. (Kim) and Jennifer Howell Engle (CD), and five grandchildren Charles Engle III “Trey” (8), Jace Engle (7), Hudson Howell (4), Hadley Howell (2), and Hope Engle (1). She is preceded in death by her mother Theresa Cook, brothers William David Cook Jr. and Randy Cook, granddaughter Emma Mae Engle, and nephew Tyler Cook.

Love you Mom. We miss you every single day.

Mom, we miss you every day but today was really tough not being able to give you a hug, talk to you about everything going on, and watch your face light up seeing the kids. We have been blessed with a multitude of wonderful memories that can bring joy without you here but I wish we could still be building new memories. Love you so much and will continue to live my life trying to care for others as much as possible since that is they way you raised us so that’s what we did today visiting as much family as we could. Miss you very much and know that you are watching over us!

A piece of my heart will forever be broken. These 3 months have been earth shattering. I’ve wanted to pick up the phone and call you know less than 100 times. Just to tell you the funny thing Trey said or the good news about Jace or the new things Hope is doing. We all miss you so very much but your legacy lives on and we are all committed to making sure that happens! We love you!
