Rodrigo Reyes

Sonny’s life was marked by his many passions and talents. He had an enduring love for photography and videography, woodworking, and restoring motorcycles. He cherished camping trips, preparing delicious meals for family and friends, and cheering on his favorite basketball team the Los Angeles Lakers and California football teams. His taste in music ranged from jazz to rock and roll, and he filled his days with love, laughter, and the joy of family.

Sonny is preceded in death by his parents, Lope and Marcelina Reyes; his siblings, Raquel Reyes, Congressman Ramon Reyes, and Roberto Reyes, and his father and mother-in-law, Efren and Jovi Dimalanta.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Eleanor; his children, Elizabeth (Liz), Erin (Devyn) and Eli Jordan (Ejo); his grandchildren, Selena, Janae, Sierra, and Samuel; and his great-grandchildren, Olivia, Easton, Esther, Ethena, and Joji (Joseph). Sonny also leaves behind his beloved brother, Rolando (Toti), and his sister in law, Cindy, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory.

Sonny’s legacy of love, creativity, and resilience will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
