Toto was THE best cat. Who would have thought that little waif who survived the tornado would become such a great ambassador for animal rescue organizations. I loved hosting Toto and Jonathan at the South Hadley Public Library where I worked. Both of them were very popular with patrons and staff. Each time they came brought smiles from everyone. Toto’s memory lives on in all of us. ❤️
