Beloved Father, Husband and Grandfather, Victor Manuel Padilla Angulo passed away on September 21, 2024. He was born in Nogales, Sonora in Mexico on December 25th, 1934. Son of Jose Angel Angulo and Maria Luisa Padilla, Victor was the 3rd of 5 children. All siblings have preceded his death with the exception of his brother Oscar Dominguez. Since a young age, Victor had always been a hardworker. He worked on a family ranch growing up. Once he moved closer to the city, he worked at a mechanic shop, Coke factory and as a city bus/driver service where he met his wife Cristina. In April of 1965, Victor married his true love Cristina Beltran. In 1968, they moved to Arizona in search of a better life. Both worked hard to build a life and raise their 4 daughters. When Victor first arrived to the US, he began working at Navarro Orange Orchards. In 1971, Victor began working at MasterCraft Custom Cabinets and eventually retired after 25 years of service. Victor loved his family and always tried to provide a better life than he had lived. He was full of life, courage, pride and would accomplish anything he put his mind to. He was proud of his family and was amazed with the size of his family which included 37 grand and great-grandchildren. In his last weeks, Victor reflected on his life and was proud and happy with the life he built with his wife Cristina. Victor missed her very much and did not fear death as he knew he would be with her again. Mom (Cristina) passed away in July 2024 and my father ( Victor) followed in September 2024. They loved each other very much and could not live without each other.

Beloved mother, wife and nana, Cristina Beltran Angulo passed away on July 28, 2024 in Tempe, Arizona. Born in Bavispe, Mexico on March 31, 1938 as daughter of Ignacia and Juan Beltran. Cristina was the 4th of 8 children. All siblings preceded her in death with the exception of her brother Juan Beltran. As a young adult, Cristina was very independent. She left her family and friends to work as a nanny in Los Angeles, California. Returning a few years later, she continued as a nanny in Mexico. In April of 1965, she married her one true love Victor Angulo. In 1966, Cristina and Victor moved to Phoenix, Arizona in search of a better life in the US. Both worked hard to build a life and raise 4 daughters. Although Cristina never held a typical 9-5 job, she worked hard at being an amazing housewife. The family moved to Tempe, AZ in 1986. Shortly after moving, Cristina began attending Holy Spirit Catholic Church and became a US citizen. Cristina loved her family and especially adored all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was proud of the fact that she had a total of 36 grand and great-grandchildren. Cristina cherished the sanctity of marriage and was forever loyal to her husband. She spent her very last day in their Tempe home with him. Cristina was a caring and loving wife, mother and nana and she will be missed by many.
