Today, I honor the memory of a man who shaped my life in ways words can barely express—my father. You were my guide, my teacher, my protector, my compadre, and my biggest supporter. Your wisdom, kindness, and unwavering strength were the foundation upon which I learned to stand. You taught me the value of hard work, the importance of honesty, and the quiet power of humility. Even in your silence, your presence spoke volumes. You had a way of making people feel safe, heard, and loved. You gave so much without asking for anything in return, and your unconditional love was always a steady flame even during the storms of life. Though your physical presence is gone, your spirit lives on in your children and 10 granddaughters.. yes 10!!!! In the choices I make, the values I carry, and the love I give, you are there. I miss your laughter, your advice, and the beers at the horse races, but I find comfort in knowing you’re at peace. Thank you, Dad, for everything, for your sacrifices, your love, and your legacy. I will carry you in my heart always. Rest well, until we meet again.
Let the memory of Victor be with us forever.
