Wanda F. Stigall, nickname "Tweety" born 1953- 2024 She wished to be cremated Instead of a burial and funeral. She was a woman whose presence meant the world to those fortunate enough to call her their own. As a mother, she offered the kind of love that shapes lives and leaves a mark that time cannot erase.
