Our story
Why we built a free, lasting place to remember the people we love.
Memorygram began with a simple, painful realization: the stories of the people we love are easy to lose. Photographs sit in boxes, memories live in separate heads, and families scattered across the world have nowhere to gather them.
We set out to build the opposite of that, one beautiful place where a family and everyone who loved someone can write their story together, share photos and tributes, and keep it all safe. Free to create, free to keep, and easy enough for anyone to use, no matter how comfortable they are with technology.
Memorygram is also the bridge between the digital memorial and the physical keepsakes families treasure, engraved QR medallions, tribute books, and more, so a life can be remembered both online and at the places we visit to feel close again.
With care, the Memorygram team
Our mission is to share precious memories and celebrate legacy
At Memorygram, we understand the bond of families and the stories that knit them together. Whether it's the laughter echoing from a long-past family vacation, the pride in a grandparent's tale of times we cannot comprehend, or the simple joy of everyday moments, we are committed to ensuring these stories endure.
That commitment starts with the obituary. An obituary is more than an announcement, it's the first chapter of how a life will be remembered, and it deserves care, not a rushed formality. With Memorygram, writing one isn't just a task to check off. It's a chance to celebrate a life fully, and to give family and friends a lasting place to read it, add to it, and return to it whenever they need to feel close again.
Your family's history isn't just remembered here. It's kept, ready to be passed down for generations.
The people behind Memorygram
Real people who believe every life deserves a lasting place to be remembered.
What began as a way to preserve his own family’s memories has grown into a platform helping thousands of families do the same. Larry brings a background in e-commerce, marketing, and operations, but the mission of Memorygram stands true: every family’s story deserves to be preserved.
Paul’s inspiration came from watching memories fade after a sudden loss in his family. He builds the technology behind Memorygram, and he holds it to two standards: simple enough for seniors to use, and secure enough to be trusted with a family’s most personal memories.
