Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 26, 2026
Memorygram is for everyone. Grief touches people of every age and ability, and we are committed to making it possible for anyone to create, visit, and contribute to a memorial.
1. Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible websites, and to follow the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve continually.
2. What we do
We design with semantic, keyboard-navigable markup; we provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for controls; we aim for sufficient color contrast and readable type; and we test the core flows — creating a memorial, viewing one, and adding tributes — for screen-reader and keyboard use.
3. Ongoing work
Some content — including media that families upload and links to third-party partners — is outside our direct control, and parts of the service may not yet fully meet every guideline. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritize fixing them.
4. Need help, or found a barrier?
If you encounter any part of Memorygram that is difficult to use, or you need content in a different format, please tell us — we want to help and to fix it. Email info@memorygram.com with the page and a short description of the problem, and we will respond promptly.
This statement reflects our good-faith commitment and is not legal advice. We welcome feedback that helps us make remembering accessible to all.
