I recently had a bench dedicated for my son. The plaque is nice, but I was very happy to see these medallions advertised. I immediately ordered one for the bench. The adhesive seems to be very strong and should last. My only issue has been uploading photos and a video. I figured out the photos but have not had luck with the video. Overall, I love this product and have suggested it to friends.

I have not had time to finish the tribute to my mom as of yet, but have started. It is very easy to upload photos and videos. I love that I can add to my tribute at any time. The heart was larger than I expected which is a good thing because it really stands out and allows for ease of scanning.. This was an extra tag I’d purchased after I realized I should’ve gotten two. I could not figure out how to order one on the website so I went to Facebook and sent a message. I got a very prompt response with the help I needed. Within minutes I was able to place my order. I was very impressed and happy with the customer service. I’m also very satisfied with the memorial site I’ve been able to create for my son.

I was a little worried going into this that building a book and managing the technical side (email responses and including photos) would be difficult for my parents but Memorygram makes this process very easy. My parents actually get excited for their question each week and I also get excited to pick their next question. I’ve also learned a lot about their time before I was born which has been very enjoyable.

At first I ordered the red medallion. Southern Oklahoma heat and direct sunlight faded it really quick. I reached out to customer service and they offered another one in another color on them. Quick shipping and so far so good but currently in fall/winter months so I can’t say if there’s a difference. But customer service being very responsive and quick to fix the mistake was huge in my book.

The interface could be tweaked a bit as you cannot view and schedule all questions at once, you have to do it one at a time which is a bit cumbersome but we’ve been enjoying the process with our parents. Our parents are not great with technology so we do our questions as phone calls and we type their responses which has made for a very enjoyable few conversations!

I am writing my own memoir stories instead of using the questions provided (although they are quite good), and am enjoying the experience. I am having difficulty adding photos to my stories, though.
