The entry tier is a poor comparison for a substantial memoir.
A photograph, its caption, and the story behind it can occupy several pages. Before buying, outline the chapters and count the photographs you actually want to keep. A short gift book and a detailed family history put very different demands on the same allowance.
Memorygram includes an 8.5 × 11 inch color hardcover with up to 450 pages. That larger page gives a family room to lay out portraits, documents, and text. Meminto’s compact format may suit a smaller bookshelf book; it does not deliver the same physical canvas.

“No subscription” does not mean every extension is free.
Meminto lists paid additions, including $0.50 per extra page and $25.90 for six more months. Those are disclosed charges, but they belong in the budget. The Complete tier plus one time extension totals $174.90 before shipping or extra pages.
Memorygram’s appeal is a substantial included book and guided phone storytelling in one purchase. Its year of questions should not be interpreted as an unlimited supply of new interviews every year. Decide what you want to finish, then compare the package that supports it.

Choose a storytelling routine, then choose the plan.
Meminto supports spoken and written stories, including phone-based collection. Voice capture is not exclusive to Memorygram. The practical question is whether the storyteller can use the chosen method independently and whether a relative will handle photos and proofreading.
We would choose Memorygram for a US storyteller who benefits from automated follow-up questions on an ordinary phone and wants a large finished book. Scheduled calls work with landlines; the phone feature is restricted to US numbers. Set up one comfortable conversation first, then build the rest of the project around that habit.

Does Meminto Essential include a 450-page book?
No. The reviewed checkout lists 100 pages for Essential and 300 for Complete. Memorygram describes up to 450 pages in its Legacy Book package.
